Bay Six: Easter Giveaway 2024

As Easter approaches, we at The Bay Six Project understand that there are basic needs such as a family meal on Easter Sunday and something to give the kids to celebrate Easter morning. We also know that Easter baskets for your kids can sometimes be the first things cut from your budget when things are tight financially . So, once again, we are aiming to help meet that need for members of the #commUNiTY. We have decided as a team that we will have another Easter Grocery Bag Giveaway for families. Each bag will contain ham and side dishes so you can prepare and eat an Easter lunch. We will also have our fourth annual Easter Basket Giveaway for kids ages newborn to 10. DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS MARCH 18, 2024
Please fill out each question of the form below as accurately as possible. Not doing so, may keep you from receiving a grocery bag or Easter baskets for the kids.
There are no income restrictions to sign up to receive these items.
Once you sign up, we plan to have the items ready for you to pick up on Thursday March 28, 2024 between the hours of 11am and 6pm at our building located at 618 Commercial St. Mingo Junction, Ohio 43938. There will be no delivery for these items, so please plan in advance for a way to make it to our pickup day on March 28, 2024.
Signing up and not coming to get your items may result in being kept from signing up for any of our other giveaways this year (such as Christmas).
There is not an approval process. This form lets us know to prepare a bag (and baskets) for your family. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU DO NOT PLAN ON COMING TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.
The only restriction we have is that kids receiving an Easter Basket must be 10 years old and younger & live with you.
Again, we ask that you only sign up those in your family that live at your address.
Upon submitting your form, you will receive an email with a copy of your responses from google. Please print that out and bring it with you on March 28, 2024. Thank you!
