With school back in session, the Meal hours for our Brown Bag Diner have changed. If you need a daily meal, you can just stop by during our Brown Bag Diner hours Monday - Wednesday - Friday from 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm.
Limit ONE bag per person. Must be present to receive a bag.
One way that we fund what we do with The Bay Six Project is by reselling via online sites like ebay. We take items that we picked up from garage sales, yard sales, estate sales, auctions, thrift stores, etc. and we list them online. We then take the "profit" from the sales and fund the nonprofit work that we do.
We also have people donate items to us so that we can list them online and fund our efforts. If you have items to donate, please email us at themilltownpeddler@gmail.com

If you know us, The Bay Six Project, we are all about doing basic/practical projects that help meet the basic needs of those in the community. From providing food, drinks, backpacks, and other things like Christmas gifts, to making sure there is a relaxing, safe space for families and individuals to be able to hang out, we are always looking to find new ways to help make the lives of those in the community better. We aren't just a charity, but rather an organization that wants to help instill value in those of our community. That is especially true during an unprecedented time, such as the Covid-19 pandemic that we are currently in the midst of. One idea that we, along with our partner(s) in this effort (One Love Skate), think does just that is making sure that every kid has as much of a normal childhood as possible; part of that being the ability to get outside and cruise around the neighborhood instead of being cooped up in the house all spring and summer.
Are you ready to serve your #commUNiTY ?? Click Here for more info on our Bay 6 Day on May 6, 2023.
The Bay Six: Christmas project is designed to help take some of the pressure and burden off of families who are not having the best season of life right now. Our goal is to do our part to make sure that every child has a Christmas gift waiting for them when they wake up on Christmas morning. If you are a parent, guardian, or caretaker of a child (or children) who is at risk of not having a gift awaiting them on the morning of December 25, 2023, then please take a moment and sign up for our Bay Six: Christmas project
As Easter approaches, we at The Bay Six Project understand that there are basic needs such as a family meal on Easter Sunday and something to give the kids to celebrate Easter. We also know that Easter baskets for your kids can sometimes be the first things cut from your budget when things are tight financially. So, once again, we are aiming to help meet that need for members of the #commUNiTY. We have decided as a team that we will have another Easter Grocery Bag Giveaway for families. Each bag will contain ham and side dishes so you can prepare and eat an Easter lunch. We will also have our fourth annual Easter Basket Giveaway for kids ages newborn to 10.

DEADLINE TO SIGN UP IS 3/18/2024
